Tools for You:  Know Your SOH Differential
We have added a new feature to our search results page.  If your property has a homestead exemption, you can now view your SOH Savings (differential), no calculations necessary!
Here’s an example:

On our homepage, click “Search”, then read and accept the disclaimer.  Search for your property by parcel identification number, name, or address.  Select your parcel.  View your information and see the new SOH Savings column between the Market Value and the SOH Assessed Value (circled below for your convenience).

We hope this information will be helpful to you now and in the future, and especially when deciding how to vote on the Constitutional Amendment in the January 29, 2008 election.
